How can I make my own heart Kingdon sword oblivion?

NY Comic Con coming in April 18-20 and im dressed as Riku, but I will not buy the sword on eBay, and its very expensive, so I make my own and not the wood I do not know how, and have neither the equipment for cutting so any idea?
