canadian swords
I have a sword ordeal Authenic Canada and want to know more about it, identifying marks, etc.?

I have a vague idea where it came from the sword and if my information is correct this sword has had a real use in combat and is approx. 100 years old

I have one too. Tome mine to a collector of antique weapons. Mine was very common with the German marks, and difficult to research online. It is only worth a couple hundred dollars and is now hanging in my kitchen. Good luck in your research.

What is your secret ingredient in cooking?

This could be a food, a pan or tool that makes everything work just fine, a certain climate / environment … anything of that ilk. Elements of the list please maybe 2.3. These should be things that can really help find a series of dishes – ie Rachael Ray is always running with some type of knife, right? I'll go first: 1) Kosher salt — This material may TRANSFORM vegetables and meats. Tire fresh peppers, squash and Portabellas in oven for 10 minutes with a little olive oil and kosher salt. It's wonderful. It tastes as if it actually worked. 2) the brown sugar Brown – OMG, I bought last Thanksgiving. It's expensive as hell but I used to replace approximately 1 / 3 of sugar in everything which called for sugar. It is so rich and flavorful. The pumpkin pie evolved so much that it was a new species! Whole Foods / Fresh Market-style stores carry it. Http: / / en.wikipedia.org / wiki / muscovado
